We have contracted Sapeer and his team to remodel our bathroom, stairs and the floor of living room after interviewing several other teams. We are very happy about our decision! Brandon was extremely helpful & knowledgeable about their windows! He went above & beyond to get me good windows at an affordable price! I do not have the windows installed yet but so far I am very impressed with Empire. I will reach back out after windows are installed. Empire did a great job doing our siding and windows. We had issues with our old siding that needed to be done before it got too cold. They were quick getting started and completing the job, especially since it was over the holidays. There was a mix up with a couple of the windows, but they were quick to resolve the issue and fix the mistake at no cost to us. Overall, we are very pleased with our decision to use Empire.

The meeting and interaction we just had with Alec was excellent. We are new home owners who are in need of two new patio doors. Alec took his time and went into great detail about the product and what the process would involve. He answered every question we had to our satisfaction. It was an excellent experience!

I can't say how happy I am about everything Empire did. The windows and patio door turned out perfect. They have the best install guys you can have do such a professional job. Very attention to detail. The flashing and chaulking is perfect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I just had a Roof installed yesterday,any concerns were addressed by Darren HIll who from start to finish was always accessible, knowledgeable and very mannerable. Also Megan the Project Manager answered questions regarding the crew scheduling and such. I believe the price was fair and reasonable,the installers worked really hard in that 3 digit heat! Wow! I have 2 more projects to have done by Empire Windows and the wet area in my bathroom. I will post those reviews when it's completed. I would highly recommend them for Roofing based on the work performed on my house.

Darrin was very thorough explaining the windows from K H P P. He even had a small demonstration window to show me construction. Very solid double hung window. Ordered 4 for our south side. I just had Empire Home Remodeling complete both a window and bath project for my home. The process was painless and we are so happy with the finished product. My husband and I were at Mayfair mall and we seen empire home remodeling’s booth and figured why not get a free quote. Brandon came out to our home and gave us the spiel and we were very impressed. Empire came and quoted us for some new windows. We were extremely impressed with the salesman, because we were not really ready to pull the trigger, but by the end we knew we would be. He was not pushy whatsoever but was confident enough to allow us time to think and call him back a few days later. The windows Empire sells are top of the line. Very impressed with them now that they are installed but i am more impressed with the company. Very easy to deal with, responsive, caring, knowledgeable. Everything you'd hope for as an inexperience home owner. Highly recommended. Will absolutely use them again if we have another relevant project.

In 2020 we hired Empire home remodeling to replace all of the upstairs windows in our house. I was so happy, I finished the rest of the house in March 2021. For the first time in 20 plus years I don't need blinds yo keep the heat out of the house. It's like having a see thru wall! The window we installed was far superior to the 5 other windows we considered. Nothing came close. The price was competitive the service superior. The entire process from Darrin in sales, Megan and the install crew team to the follow up call! I highly recommend!

We ordered new windows from Empire Home Remodeling. The presentation was overly thorough. Our windows came in ahead of schedule and were installed within a day of the windows coming in. The crew installed 5 windows in 2.5 hours and cleaned up nicely. The finished product looks very professional. Windows are very easy to operate - much improved from our 1976 version. Would use again.

This company restored our faith in contractors! We had to have our siding and gutters redone after a less consciences company did everything wrong. The company that we originally hired to do our homes exterior had an A+ on the BBB but they did not tell us that they had just started the bankruptcy process and they did poor work. They would not respond to us when within 6 months the siding started to fall off and the windows literally fell out.We were very nervous about starting the process over! But the entire team at Empire Home Remodeling was great! They really took our concerns into consideration and they worked with us every step of the way. Our house now looks like we had hoped it would originally! We could not be happier!!!! Thank you all so much for everything!!!!!
